From first contact to live chatbot — here's exactly what happens and what you need to do.

You fill out the onboarding form

We send you a simple document to fill in — your business name, what you do, your services, prices, opening hours, contact details, and any frequently asked questions. No technical knowledge needed. Think of it as briefing a new employee.

💡 Tip: The more specific you are with prices and details, the better your bot performs. "Delivery costs 50 AED" beats "delivery costs something."

We configure your AI assistant

Our team loads your business data into the AI, sets the personality and tone (formal, friendly, casual — your choice), matches the colours and branding to your website, and names the bot whatever you like.

💡 Tip: We can set the bot to respond in English, Arabic, or both automatically depending on which language the customer uses.

We test it thoroughly

Before anything goes live, we test the bot with 50+ realistic customer questions to make sure it's answering correctly and gracefully handling things it doesn't know. You also get to test it and request changes.

💡 Tip: Send us the most common questions your customers actually ask — we'll make sure every single one is covered.

It goes live on your website

You receive a single line of HTML code to paste into your website — anywhere in the page. The chat bubble appears in the corner. That's it. Works on WordPress, Wix, Shopify, or any custom website.

💡 Tip: If you're not comfortable adding code yourself, just send us your website login and we'll do it for you — no extra charge.

Ongoing updates and support

Prices changed? New service launched? Just WhatsApp or email us the update and we'll reflect it in your bot within 24 hours. Monthly subscribers also get performance reports showing the most common questions asked.

💡 Tip: We recommend reviewing your bot's common questions monthly — it often reveals things customers want to know that aren't on your website at all.
